Prairies Provinces Chapter

Society of Fire Protection Engineers

The SFPE Prairies Provinces Chapter is a Canadian affiliate of the International SFPE Organization, serving as regional representation for Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Our objective is to define, develop, and advance the use of engineering best practices, expand the scientific and technical knowledge base, and educate the global fire safety community to reduce fire risk here in Canada.

As a non-profit organization, our mission is to educate and support the prairie provinces in fire safety engineering. The chapter was founded in 2024 and is now officially incorporated.
