Prairies Provinces Chapter

The Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) Prairies Provinces Chapter is a Canadian affiliate of the International SFPE Organization. As the name suggests, this chapter serves as representation for the prairie provinces in Canada (i.e. Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba). The objective of our chapter is to define, develop, and advance the use of engineering best practices, expand the scientific and technical knowledge base, and educate the global fire safety community to reduce fire risk here in Canada. We are a non-profit organization, and our mission is to educate and support the prairie provinces of Canada in fire safety engineering. The chapter was founded in 2024 and is now officially incorporated.
